Responsible for the Azure platform: 200+ subscriptions, a 15,000-user tenant, forty production virtual machines, and 190 RPA bots, with infrastructure defined end-to-end in Terraform and managed through Git. Work covers ExpressRoute, network segmentation, identity, and secrets management, as well as the Cloud/DevOps lifecycle of the production generative AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) — deployment, updates, and API connectivity for the internal applications that depend on them. Runs SRE practice for the production fleet: service-level objectives, on-call rotation, blameless postmortems, and runbooks. Cloud financial operations across the estate delivered DKK 570,000 (€76,000) in annualised savings within three quarters of 2025. Azure/AWS integrations where required.

Supports the Cyber Security team on escalations involving Microsoft security products. Maintains tenant-wide security governance — Azure Policy baselines, identity and access governance, periodic access reviews, and endpoint protection across Windows, Linux, and macOS (Microsoft Defender, App Control for Business, and CrowdStrike). Leads resolution of corporate network incidents, including DNS and connectivity failures in production gateway infrastructure. Runs internal training and workshops on cloud and security for junior engineers.

Resolved global Azure networking escalations: ExpressRoute, AKS and ACI networking, private peering, DNS, and cross-tenant connectivity, for enterprise and government customers.

L2 escalation engineer: identity administration in Microsoft Entra, system upgrades, and network triage in a regulated financial-services environment.
